PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce failure diagnostic works without using an expensive failure diagnostic supporting device. SOLUTION: When a failure diagnostic mode is set by a remote controller, a controller 8 gives an instruction that a prescribed pin terminal 31a of a connector 31 and a prescribed pin terminal 40a of a connector 40 are electrically connected to a displaying part of the remote controller according to the diagnostic contents. By electrically connecting the pin terminals 31a and 40a according to the instruction and operating the remote controller by a service man, a microcomputer 23 of the controller 8 starts a diagnostic operation and outputs a pulse signal for diagnosis to a fan pulse output circuit 26 and judges normality or not based on whether a corresponding pulse signal is inputted to the microcomputer 23 or not and the inputted pulse signal via the fan pulse output circuit 26, short electrical equipment 48 and a pulse input circuit 36.
