PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficiency of design and development by validly realizing the borderless development of design data among a plurality of persons concerned. SOLUTION: Design data to be prepared and corrected by a plurality of persons in charge of design are integrated into a data base after the approval of the boss of the design department, and the design data integrated into the data base are made open to the persons in charge of design or the other persons concerned so that it is possible to validly realize the borderless development of information necessary for enterprise strategy such as product development or selling. A Web server 100 manages a data base 110 in which the design data are stored, and provides a Web page having various input forms. A Web browser 200 retrieves and displays the Web page provided by the Web server 100 according to the designation of a URL from each user. Then, the Web server 100 issues various URL or passwords in response to the input from the Web page, and restricts access from each person concerned. |
