PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention lighting apparatus which realizes bigger design freedom with curbed costs. SOLUTION: A battery 12 is composed of a body of battery 121, a flat holding panel 123 which is in close contact with the upper part 122 of the body of battery 121, and fixing bolts 125 and butterfly nuts 126 as fixing means fitted at both ends 124. The battery is designed to be fixed by the holding panel 123 which is arranged on the other side of a chassis 2, the both ends 124, and the bolts 125 /the butterfly nuts 125 fitted at the both ends 124, so that the forming of the holding panel 123 becomes easier and the fabrication process can be simplified with curbed costs. In addition, the freedom of mounting design becomes bigger as desirable parts can be arranged on the chassis 2 without taking into account of the working space for screwing the butterfly nuts 126 together with the bolts 125.
