The primary and secondary cam drive mechanisms (7,8) for adjusting the inclination of the reference table (5), have respective cam disks (72,82) contacting reference table at respective contact points. The rotation of cam disks enables to vertically move the table supported by a flat spring (4), away from the contact points.
