摘要 PURPOSE: To realize an accurate speed control by calculating the speed of a needle based on the timing of the rise and fall of the output from a plurality of magnetic detecting sensors, correcting the calculated speed based on the detection of deviation of detecting means thereby accurately finding the speed of the needle. CONSTITUTION: Speed of a needle 30 is calculated based on the timing of the rise and fall of the output from a plurality of magnetic detecting sensors 32a to 32c by a speed calculating means 58. Deviation in the rise or fall of the a plurality of magnetic detecting sensors 32a to 32c is detected by detecting means 59, and the calculated speed is corrected by the speed correction means 59 based on the detection of the deviation. By doing this, the speed 30 of the needle can be determined accurately and the speed of a linear motor can be correctly controlled thereby permitting smooth conveying of heavy things.
