PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that can easily realize a unidirectional communication system without the need for changing a structure of 2-way communication and to provide its program. SOLUTION: The communication system is provided with an information division means (S2) that divides transmitted information into at least information of one transmission unit, a check information attaching means (S3) that attaches check information consisting of a size of division information, a transmission sequence and a check sum to the divided information, a transmission means (S5) that transmits the divided information and a transmission history storage means (S8) that stores the transmitted information as a transmission history.
