PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier selection table capable of deciding a domestic long distance call type. SOLUTION: The domestic long distance call type is decided by having area codes in a LATA(local access and transport area) and area codes in states in a RAM or a ROM and comparing an area code dialed by a user with these codes.
