PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a taxi allocation device capable of automatically selecting a proper taxi on the basis of an allocation request transmitted from a taxi user and performing an allocation processing. SOLUTION: In this device, a taxi registration information including identification information for uniquely specifying a taxi, a position information and movement information, which are transmitted from taxis, are received and made to correspond to taxi identification information and stored in a taxi information retaining means as taxi information. User registration information including user identification information transmitted from users and the taxi identification information are retained in a user registration information retaining means. When a vehicle dispatch request is received from a taxi user, a selecting condition reporting means outputs the user registration information corresponding to the user identification information in the vehicle dispatch request information and vehicle request information including selecting condition information and boarding position information. A taxi selecting means selects a taxi on the basis of the selecting condition information and the taxi information retained by the taxi information retaining means, instructs the allocation to the taxi concerned, and reports which taxi is allocated to the taxi user corresponding to the user identification information in the taxi selecting information.
