PURPOSE: A target advertisement method of a network and advertising server thereof are provided to expose user information to individual advertisement content by using the user information of application programs in a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement server receives the user information of potential customers from a potential customer terminal(S320). The potential customer is a customer who uses applications through the potential customer terminal. The advertisement server analyzes the tendency of the potential customer based on the received user information(S330). The advertisement server determines advertisement content from plural advertisement content according to the analyzed tendency of the potential customers(S340).
