PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost by curtailing materials and facilitating assembly and to easily classify industrial wastes by facilitating separation and disassembly after usage. SOLUTION: Bent portions bent at a right angle to the insides are formed at the lower ends of a pair of iron flat bars, rings formed by circularly bending reinforcing bars are welded and fixed to the bent portions, engagement members are welded and fixed to the upper ends of the flat bars, a paper cylinder formed of a cardboard is filled inside a reinforcing frame, a foamed plastic film is wound one or more times on the outer periphery face of the paper cylinder, the foamed plastic film is externally encircled by a polyethylene sheet and the polyethylene sheet is anchored with its upper edge and its lower edge turned in the paper cylinder.
