PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive belt having little variance in surface electric resistance. SOLUTION: This conductive belt is provided with a base layer 3 of a resin having electronic conductivity, an intermediate layer 5 of elastomer having ionic conductivity, and a surface coated layer 7 of a resin, and the belt is arranged so that the base layer has a tensile elastic modulus of 500 Mpa or more and volume electric resistivity of not less than 106 Ωcm and not more than 1011 Ωcm; the intermediate layer has hardness A of <=70 according to JIS and has thickness of 50 to 600 μm; and a volume electric resistivity is 108 to 1014 Ωcm. |
