PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay device for an electric lock, which can be connected for use to the electric lock without reference to the type of a control device or an extension control device. SOLUTION: The relay device for the electric lock is provided with a driving signal generating part 3, which generates a driving signal of the electric lock 2 according to the driving signal from the control device 1, and a lock-side state signal generating part which short-circuits a signal line for a signal, transmitted from the control device 1 so as to inquire about a lock-side state of the electric lock 2, via a relay switch capable of changing over on the basis of a lock-side state signal output from the electric lock 2.
