PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for stably recovering used cooking oil used in a home. SOLUTION: Used cooking oil is recovered as put in a container which can be sealed (a PET bottle, for example), and a recovery facility is provided in a supermarket or convenience store or the like within a daily action range of consumers. The recovery facility comprises a permanent recovery stand 1 securing safety. A number of unidentified people who can charge used cooking oil contained in sealed containers to the recovery stand 1 are identified by a card system or the like of an identifying device composed of a computer, so that only identified people among the unidentified people can open and close a door 3 of the recovery stand to be allowed to charge used cooking oil.
