<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect water leak from a damaged spot of a water barrier sheet. SOLUTION: This facility is equipped with a first structure 3 installed on a base 58 formed on a bottom part 71 of a hollow 68, and the water barrier sheet 8 for covering the first structure 3, and the first structure 3 has a space 5 enabling to detect the water leak from the damaged spot 9 of the water barrier sheet 8. The facility is also equipped with a monitoring camera for detecting the water leak from the damaged spot 9. The first structure 3 has mutually-connected plural unit members 26.</p> |
