PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting dioxins, in which an antibody with respect to the dioxins, capable of detecting the dioxins at an isomer level is used even when the antibody is a nonspecific antibody with respect to the dioxins. SOLUTION: In the method of detecting the dioxins, the dioxins in a specimen are detected in such a way that two or more kinds of antibodies which display different cross reactivities with respect to a plurality of kinds of dioxins isomers are reacted with the specimen, that the reaction or the nonreaction or the reaction intensity with respect to the specimen of the respective antibodies is related to the existence of the dioxins isomers, and that the dioxins in the specimen are detected at the isomer level.
