The handicapped persons telephone has a unit (1) for dialling (5), a microphone, a loudspeaker and a telephone keyboard (11). A guide grid (9) is fixed in front of the push buttons and the buttons are pushed by a small stick held in the persons mouth. The whole unit is attached to a cement or cast iron support (3).
