<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a highly accurate positioning function of members with liquid without using any expensive packaging device and without heating to high temperature. SOLUTION: Self alignment structure is provided with first and second members 12, 13 having respectively formed non-edge shaped end parts. A liquid 14 lies between the first member 12 and the second member 13. The first and the second members 12, 13 are wet with the liquid 14 as far as the end parts 15, 16. Apparent contact angles of the liquid 14 with respect to the horizontal plane at the inside and the outside of the end parts are formed so as to be different from each other due to the formation of the non-edge shaped end parts 15, 16 on the first and the second members 12, 13. An inequalityθ1<θ2 is satisfied when the apparent contact angle at the inside of the end part 16 is denoted byθ1 and the apparent contact angle at the outside of the end part 16 is denoted byθ2.</p> |
