PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a foamed laminate in which an uneven pattern formed on the molding surface of a mold is transferred clearly to the surface of a thermoplastic elastomer sheet layer without damaging a foamed polyolefin sheet layer by heat and crashing cells, in a method for producing the foamed laminate by thermoforming a foamed laminated sheet having the polyolefin sheet layer and the elastomer sheet layer respectively on both outermost layers. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the foamed laminate having the uneven pattern on the surface of the thermoplastic elastomer sheet layer, the mold in which the uneven pattern is formed on the molding surface at least on the side contacting the elastomer sheet layer is used, and the foamed laminated sheet before thermoforming is heated so that the surface temperature of the polyolefin sheet layer is lower than that of the elastomer sheet layer.
