PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized control device wherein electric equipment such as a plurality of air conditioners are operated not only simultaneously in the same mode but also in individual arbitrary operation modes such as in cooling, heating, and dehumidification. SOLUTION: In this device, in which operations of a plurality of air conditioners 5a, 5b are controlled, centralized mediating communication through wire or radio means, it comprises: an operation mode changeover switch 45 for setting an operation mode, a simultaneous on/off switch 46 for simultaneously on/off switching for individual controllable air conditioners; and an operation mode instruction changeover switch 44 for switching for operations in the same operation modes such as cooling, heating, and dehumidification upon simultaneous operation of the simultaneous on/off switch or in modes where individual air conditioners are operated previously.
