<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material having high dissolution stability of an emulsion with age and high sensitivity, excellent in graininess and ensuring a slight residual color after processing even in the case of rapid processing. SOLUTION: The silver halide photographic sensitive material has at least one silver halide emulsion layer on the base and the silver halide emulsion of the emulsion layer contains at least two sensitizing dyes of formula (I), wherein X is O, S, Se or NR'; R and R' are each optionally substituted alkyl, optionally substituted aryl or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group; D is a group required to form a methine dye; M is a counter ion; and (m) is a number of >=0 required to neutralize electric charges in one molecule.</p> |
