PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the measuring accuracy within±20% at 60 keV-6 MeV of energy range by efficiently detecting the rear scattering rays generated when a worker has a pocket dosimeter and raising sensitivity thereof at 0.2 MeV or so. SOLUTION: A detector is assembled in the semiconductor type pocket dosimeter so that a side opposite to a depletion layer 6 as a sensitive layer in relation to theγ(X) rays is formed into the incident direction, namely, a side opposite to a starting side, in which the depletion layer 6 is spread in the pocket dosimeter 10, is formed into theγ(X) rays 7 incident direction.
