PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle bearing which can prevent induction of an abnormal sound by contact of a holder with a bearing ring in the case of unstable rotation of the holder due to high speed rotation in an insufficient condition of a lubricant and in a no-load condition without decreasing strength as the holder. SOLUTION: A resin 50 is made to adhere to an external peripheral surface 30a of a metal holder 30 having a contact surface with an internal peripheral surface 40b of a metal outer ring 40 or to an internal peripheral surface 30b of the metal holder 30 having a contact surface with a peripheral surface of a shaft 10 concurrently serving as an inner ring. Thereby, even in the case of contact of the bearing ring 40 with the holder 30, generation of an abnormal sound due to metal contact is prevented.
