PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent styrenic resin composition having good moldability and transparency, and excellent in a balance of impact resistance and stiffness, and to provide its production method and molded article. SOLUTION: The transparent resin composition is obtained by mixing a copolymer resin composition (I) consisting of a styrenic monomer (A), an alkyl (meth)acrylate (B) and a styrene-butadiene copolymer (C) with a copolymer resin composition (II) consisting of a styrenic monomer (A') and an alkyl (meth) acrylate (B'), wherein a weight ratio of [(A+A')+(B+B')]/(C) is 96/4-89/11, a weight ratio of (A+A')/(B+B') is 30/70-60/40, and dispersed rubber particles in the resin composition have an average diameter of 0.3-2.0μm. The method for producing the composition and its molded article are also provided.
