PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable electric connection between an image forming device main body and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: A contact member 22 provided on an image forming device 28 is guided by a holding member 25 so as to be movably provided with respect to a contact plate 21 provided on the process cartridge 15, and pressured by a spring 23. A plurality of projections 22a are provided on the contact plate 21 side of the member 22. Since the plurality of projections 22a exist, faulty conduction caused by paper powder or the like is prevented.
