PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant packaging material wherein vapor permeability can be increased, the material is excellent in sanitariness since a printed surface is not exposed on a surface, characters on a printed layer can be easily read from the outside, and the material is excellent in workability when manufacturing since there is no need of punching. SOLUTION: The desiccant packaging material comprises a vapor-permeable base layer comprising paper made in a foreign paper, Japanese paper, oilproof paper, waterproof-paper, synthetic fiber mixed paper, nylon, vinal, polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, acetate or cellophane, the printed layer, a vapor-permeable adhesive layer comprising an entirely adhesive layer or a partially adhesive layer of a urethane-based adhesive or the like with an applied amount of 1 to 10 g/m2, a reinforcement layer, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer with a content of a vinyl acetate of 6 to 30 wt.%, wherein the layers are sequentially laminated.
