PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll storage case with a cutter in which the cutter can be safely and readily separated without being indirect touch with the finger. SOLUTION: In this roll storage case 10 with a cutter composed of a case body 20 opened on the top surface, a cover plate 12 connected to the case body 20 and enabling the opening and closing of the opening of the case body 20, a cover flap piece 13 extended from the front edge of the cover plate 12, side cover pieces 14 on both sides of the cover plate 12, and a cutter 15 attached on the back surface of the front edge of the cover flap piece 13, a holding piece 16a for holding the cutter 15 in being separated is formed at an end of a front surface plate 16 of the case body 20.
