PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device of a crawler-traveling vehicle so that an operator can obtain a satisfactory operation feeling when the vehicle makes a turn by a turning means. SOLUTION: In the crawler-traveling vehicle which makes a turn by decelerating a traveling device 3 on an inner turning side according to the operation quantity of the turning means 5 provided on a driver's seat, direction fine- adjusting means 9 and 10 for finely adjusting the vehicle body advancing direction are provided separately from the turning means 5, power to the traveling device 3 on the inner turning side according to the operation of the direction fine-adjusting means 9 and 10 is cut to make a turn, and a position of cutting the power to the traveling device 3 on the inner turning side is not provided in an operation area of the turning means 5.
