PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine of such a structure that a driving force for it is cut off when the revolving speed exceeds the specified value and a supercharge system using the fluid machine at a low cost while the construction remains simple. SOLUTION: The arrangement according to the invention includes rotors 9 and 11 accommodated in a rotor chamber 31, an input pulley 5 to be fed with a driving force of a prime mover, and a centrifugal clutch 19 installed between the input pulley 5 and the rotor 9, wherein the centrifugal clutch 19 is disengaged when the revolving speed exceeds the specified value so as to cut off the driving force.
