PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas barrier laminated film having high gas barrier properties alone. SOLUTION: In the transparent gas barrier laminated film constituted by providing a transparent gas barrier layer comprising at least a membrane of an inorganic compound on the single surface of a base material comprising a transparent plastic film, the surface roughness RMS (square average roughness) of the transparent gas barrier layer calculated within a range of 100μm2 or more is not more than 25 nm and the transparent gas barrier layer has no projection with a height of 0.1μm or more.
