PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a heat exchanger which enables the heat exchange between an engine oil and engine cooling water and further, to make it compact. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger A1 is composed by integrally forming an oil path P1 and a cooling water path P2 in a case 23 which is an engine component. Such a constitution enables the heat exchange between the engine oil circularly supplied through the oil path P1 and the engine cooling water supplied through the cooling water path P2 while being circulated.
