PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for an inner grooved metal tube which can adjust quickly and easily to a dimensional change in diameter or wall thickness of a metal tube to be grooved inside as well as improve working speed compared with manufacturing devices until now. SOLUTION: A holder 9 driven by rotational force outside, rotating in circumferential direction of the metal tube 1, holds a ring 7 connected with the holder through a screw joint 10. Relative position of the ring 7 and the holder 9 in the axial direction of the metal tube 1 is adjustable by the screw joint 10. Press pieces 4 to apply pressing force on the metal tube 1 are contacted with the inside surface of the ring 7, whose tapered inner surface 8 changes its diameter in the axial direction of the metal tube 1. The press pieces 4 are contacted with and supported by the tapered surface 8 and laterally by a press piece receiver 20. In this constitution, extent of press by the press pieces 4 is adjusted by changing contact position of press pieces 4 along the tapered surface 8.
