PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing carbon dioxide-containing soft jelly-like new drink. SOLUTION: This method for producing carbon dioxide-containing soft jelly- like drink comprises such processes that jelly is made through combining easily soluble agar, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, saccharides and an organic acid, the resultant jelly is cut into chips, the resultant chip-like jelly and carbon dioxide-containing syrup liquid obtained by letting syrup liquid containing saccharides and an acidifier absorb carbon dioxide are filled in a container, after sealing the container, the jelly and the liquid are subjected to a heat treatment to melt the jelly, and the resultant melted jelly and syrup liquid are uniformly mixed followed by being cooled. |
