PURPOSE: A tubeless tire is provided to cut down manufacturing expenses by reducing consumption of material and by manufacturing a fixing core with the small capacity injection molding machine. CONSTITUTION: A fixing core is mounted in an outer skin of a tire, and an upper fixing core(3) and a lower fixing core(4) are formed in the fixing core. An outer protrusion(5) and a middle protrusion(6) are formed with injection molding, and upper and lower fixing cores are manufactured. Outer adhesion parts(7) and middle adhesion parts(8) are protruded in the upper and lower fixing cores, and the fixing core is manufactured with melting outer and middle adhesion parts by hot blast. The fixing core is fastened in the middle of the injection mold of the tire with outer and middle protrusions, and the tubeless tire is manufactured with injection-molding the outer skin of the tire. Manufacturing expenses are reduced with forming the inner empty space in the tubeless tire.
