PURPOSE: A method for lowest price article selling and cross-selling on the electronic commerce is provided to make a purchaser buy a specific article at the lowest price and to induce the continuous purchase of purchasers by sending advertising e-mails to the purchasers. CONSTITUTION: A member DB is built up by using the information about members(S101). An article DB is built up by collecting the information about articles(S102). The lowest prices of the articles are announced through the Internet sites(S104). Members agree to receive advertising e-mails for a specific period(S106). The members select favorite articles(S108). The information about the selected articles is stored in the member DB(S109). If a limited amount of articles are sold out, selling of the corresponding articles is finished(S111). After confirming payment, the articles are delivered to purchasers(S113). The advertising mails including the advertisement on the favorite articles and the links to corresponding shopping malls are transmitted to the member. The history about the purchases is stored in the purchase history of the member DB.
