PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated tool having a coat with an excellent abrasion- resistant or crack-resistant and an oxidation resistance compared to conventionals, and having a carbonitride titanic zirconium coat with a remarkable excellency of the tool life. SOLUTION: A multilayer coated tool is characterized in that a multistructured layer consists of a carbonitride titanic zircon layer and a nitrogen oxide layer as an unitary layer, a base substance of the tool is coated by at least not less than one unit of the unitary layer.
