PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifier to be directly connected to a faucet, in which it is unnecessary to rotate a cartridge when the cartridge is connected to a main body part, the cartridge can be fit to the main body part easily since there is no sticking component such as an O-ring and the cartridge can be attached or detached easily. SOLUTION: This water purifier to be directly connected to the faucet is constituted of a main body constituted of upper and lower covers and the cartridge 6 in which a filter medium is housed. The cartridge 6 has two claws 22 arranged at the positions orthogonal with respect to the direction to insert a shaft sealing part and symmetric with respect to the central axis of the shaft sealing part and two arc ribs arranged at the positions concentric with respect to the central axis of the shaft sealing part and orthogonal with respect to the claws 22. The main body has two grooved holes fit to the shape of the claws 22 and two arc ribs arranged at the positions concentric with respect to the central axis of the shaft sealing part and orthogonal with respect to the grooved holes. Since the cartridge 6 can be connected to the main body in the interrelations among the claws, the grooved holes and arc ribs, the cartridge can be fit to the main body easily.
