PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing CLA(conjugated linoleic acid) isomers with biologically advantageous ratio, and to provide a method for using a composition comprising CLA isomers with biologically advantageous ratio, or biologically active isomers having the content concentrated so as to optimize desired biological effects. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by using a conjugated linoleic acid preparation where t10, c12 isomers, and c9, t11 isomers are concentrated, and the method for using the composition is provided. It has been realized that the conjugated linoleic acid preparation where the ratio of the t10, c12 isomers based on the c9, t11 isomers exceeds about 1.2:1, is suitable for various uses in the fields of nourishment, remedy and medicine. |
