<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die casting machine system which dispenses with any teaching work for a robot accompanying the change of a die when the robot for general use is used for a product carry-out device of a die casting machine, and to provide a method for carrying out a product thereof. SOLUTION: This die casting machine system comprises a die casting machine 2, a carry-out robot 11 capable of moving a hand part in a predetermined movable range, a robot controller 31 which generates a moving path of the hand part based on given position data and has a control unit for outputting control command to make the hand part follow the moving path to the carry-out robot 11, a teaching pendant 51 capable of teaching the position data to the robot controller 31 by actually operating the carry-out robot 11, and a sequence controller 61. The robot controller 31 has a correcting means for generating corrective position data based on the basic position data for specifying a taught basic moving path and the offset quantity.</p> |
