PURPOSE:To mold a hoop of a molded form having an insert by providing a series of pores for aligning and feeding at one side, fixing two stripes of hoops having series of protrusion stripes at the other side to the protrusions, inserting it, and molding the form at a specified position. CONSTITUTION:A first hoop 1 and a second hoop 6 are formed, for example, of different metal plates as materials, series of pores 3, 8 are provided at stripe parts 2, 7, and protrusions 4, 9 to become inserts of a molded form and protruding stripes 5, 10 alternately connecting the hoops 1, 6 are alternately provided at one side. The stripes 5, 10 are connecting by caulking, etc., to be fixed. Circular components 14 are, for example, welded to the ends of the protrusions 4. The composite hoop is molded by an injection molding as usual, the parts 2, 7 and the stripes 5, 10 are then removed, and runners, gates, are separated to be finished. |
