PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep sufficient cold insulation characteristics of a pipeline cover cold insulation which covers a periphery of a pipeline containing low temperature fluid flowing therethrough with hard urethane body, while suppressing damage of the hard urethane body without troublesome processing steps for cold insulation. SOLUTION: A hard urethane foam body 4 is cylindrically molded so as to agree with a periphery of a pipeline 1. A divided pipeline cover 2 is integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the hard urethane form body 4 which is divided in circumferential and longitudinal directions of the cylindrical form, by attaching an outer facing plate 3 to the surface of the hard urethane foam body 4 so as to prevent breakage thereof. Clearances are formed between edges 3a of the outer facing plates 3 which are located on a joint part 7 of the hard urethane body 4, between the adjacent divided pipeline covers 2 while the covers 2 are attached to the pipeline 1. The divided pipeline cover 2 is thus detachably attached to the pipeline 1. |
