PROCEDURE FOR SYNTHESIS OF 1,4-DIHYDROPYRIDINE DERIVATIVES

Procedure has been developed for the simple, industrially applicable procedure for obtaining of nifedipine, (II), nitredipine (III) and nisoldipine (IV). Compounds from the group of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives, by the reaction of suitable extracts 3-keto-2-butane acid (VII, VIII) with amounium acetate in inert soulution, in increased temperature, in the persence of suitable nitrobenzaldehide. Products are obtained in the high yield and high degree of purity that enables its application in therapy as bloctors of calcium iones, antianginics and antihipertensives.
