摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a delta arrangement is used for a pixel circuit including a TFT(thin film transistor), defects are easy to be increased due to a complicated wiring pattern because the wiring is designed to be bent along the pixel arrangement, and thus, yield is lowered. SOLUTION: In an active matrix type organic electroluminescence(EL) display apparatus which stacks a device layer 38 in which the organic electroluminescence elements for 3 colors which emit lights different for every pixel are arranged in the unit of a pixel and a circuit layer 32 in which the pixel circuits which drive the organic EL elements are arranged in the unit of a pixel on a substrate, while employing the data arrangement for the pixel arrangement of the subpixels (organic EL elements) which emit lights of RGB in the element layer 38 respectively, a stripe arrangement (B) is employed for the pixel arrangement of the pixel circuits in the circuit layer 32, and each pixel of both pixel arrangements is oppositely arranged with the correspondence relation of 1:1.
