PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller for forklift in which a parallel constitution of switching elements can be realized easily and which can match the turning on/off timing of both switching elements connected in parallel with each other by means of a drive circuits. SOLUTION: Rows of three IGBT modules 21, 22, and 23 each are arranged in parallel with each other on a heat sink 1, and the sink 1 is cooled by means of a cooling fan 9. The gate and emitter of the IGBT of each IGBT module 21 are connected to a gate signal-generating circuit mounted on a base part 11A in the connecting terminal section 12 of a junction 11B of a main printed board 11. When the IGBTs of the IGBT modules 22 are connected to the IGBTs of the IGBT modules 21, respectively, the gate and the emitter of the IGBT of each IGBT module 22 are connected to the gate signal generating circuit in the auxiliary connecting terminal section 15 of an auxiliary printed board 14. |
