PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of filming removing performance with the lapse of time in a filming removing device to remove a filming substance on an image carrier. SOLUTION: The filming removing device 5 to remove the filming substance on a photoreceptor is provided with a hollow core bar 12 having an aperture 19 on an outer peripheral surface, a filming removing member 12 provided at the outer peripheral part of the core bar 12 and having air permeability, an air-blowing means consisting of a fan 22 to blow air to the vicinity of the surface of the filming removing member through the aperture of the core bar and an air-blowing path 20 and a sucking means consisting of the fan 22 to suck an air flow in the vicinity of the surface of the filming removing member and a sucking path 21. |
