PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reply of rich-contents relating to a question. SOLUTION: A bulletin board 1 is stored in a memory and the like of a server connected to a terminal 3 of a questioner via a network 2. An automatic mail transmission program 5 transmits via mail the question to be written in the bulletin board 1 to a transmission address registered preliminarily in a transmission destination address list 7. A question analyzing program analyzes the question recorded in the board 1 to extract a key word. A thesaurus 8 selects a key word related to the key word extracted by the question analyzing program 6 to be output. A search engine 9 extracts a corresponding reply message from a database 11 using the key word output from the thesaurus 8.
