PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manually operable cleaning device dispensing with a power supply. SOLUTION: When a knob 55 is turned and adjusted to the position for using a bidet nozzle 16 and an operating knob 35 for flow control is turned after use, a spindle 25 is turned and raised in a valve main body 20 by screw parts 26, 27, so that a cock piece 24 opens an opening 23 of a channel 21, and city water passed through a water pipe 19 is caused to enter a stop and flow control valve 15 only by water pipe pressure. Accordingly, city water flows in a nozzle switching valve 18 through a communicating passage 47 of an inlet pipe part 48, and further enters a plug body 50 through an inlet 53A to pass form an outlet 54A and an outlet pipe part 43 through a water guide tube 42 and flow into a nozzle operating part 8 from an inlet pipe part 41. City water is injected from the nozzle 16 turned to the position to be used for obliquely lower washing by using city water flowing into the nozzle operating part 8 to thereby wash the private parts of the human body.
