PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident in communication processing caused by a user's mistake by getting to know the precise situation of operation without depending on a terminal. SOLUTION: An IC card with a voice outputting function mounting an IC module and a speaker connected electrically to the IC module outputs the result of processing performed between the terminal and the IC card as voice information from the speaker. One of the contents of the voice information outputted from the speaker gives information that final transaction between the terminal and the IC card is finished.
