PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper system which allows for circumstances on a seller and a buyer in accordance with the peculiarity of real estate transactions. SOLUTION: An object information list 5 where object information to be objects of dealings is listed, a trader information list 6 where information on traders mediating dealings of objects is listed, and a sales commissioned trader information list 7 where relevant information of objects to commissioned traders is listed are stored in an information management server 4. A buyer operates a buyer terminal 2 to peruse the object information list 5 and selects an arbitrary trader from the trader information list 6 to request this trader to mediate dealings of an object. Only traders who are registered as members are permitted to peruse the commissioned trader information list 7. Since the buyer cannot directly find commissioned traders on a hole page, dealings which hinder the cooperation between commissioned traders and traders attracting customers are prevented. Since the buyer requests the arbitrary traders, which the buyer desires, to mediate dealings of a desired object, trouble or the like which is caused by directly requesting mediation to a sales commissioned trader stranger to the buyer is prevented. |
