PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device of which liquid crystal cell with plastic substrate warps little. SOLUTION: The deference between the angle of the absorption axis of polarizing plate pasted on the front side of the liquid crystal cell with plastic substrate and that of the rear side is controlled within 5 degrees to restrain the warpage of the cell within 1.0 mm.
