PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform heating and ventilation with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A blower 6 consisting of a fan 19 and a motor 20 for driving the fan 19 is provided in a body 5 which communicates with a bathroom 2, an indoor, and an outdoor 3. The air in the bathroom 2 sucked into the body 5 through a suction port 16 is returned to the bathroom 2 through a hot air diffuser 39 after being permitted to pass through a heater 8 that serves as a heat source during normal rotation of the fan 19, but during reverse rotation, the air is discharged to the outdoor 3. Accordingly, heating and ventilation can be performed by a single blower and thus the structure can be simplified.
